no means no, always. however, we're in a culture where we're teaching people to avoid rape rather than teaching people not to rape. constantly, we're surrounded by victim blaming when we're too oblivious to realise that we do have a problem. it doesn't matter what you wear/wore, no one ever deserves to be raped and no one ever asks for this to happen to them.
